Augustów Canal (near Hrodna) is a wonderful place for walks and relaxation for the whole family or a big company. This outstanding XIX century hydraulic structure is one of the largest of its kind in Europe. This man-made waterway connects the Vistula and the Neman river basins and provides access to the Baltic and the Black Seas. The construction process took 15 years.
